Цели: This presentation aims to share clinical experiences and evaluate the efficacy of integrating various skin boosters and biostimulators into conventional androgenetic alopecia (AGA) treatment protocols to improve the scalp environment and maximize treatment response rates. Введение: While conventional treatments for androgenetic alopecia (AGA), such as 5-alpha reductase inhibitors and minoxidil, remain the gold standard, varying clinical response rates highlight the need for adjunctive therapies. Recently, the importance of the scalp microenvironment in hair follicle has been emphasized. The advent of novel skin boosters and biostimulators offers a promising strategy to rejuvenate the scalp, thereby potentially enhancing the efficacy of standard hair loss treatments. Материалы / методы: The treatment regimen included local injections of the latest biostimulators and skin boosters (e.g., Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PLA), atelocollagen, and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid), as well as platelet-rich plasma(PRP). The presentation will detail the specific protocols, injection depths, intervals, and customized approaches based on individual scalp conditions. Результаты: Clinical observations demonstrated that the combination of standard AGA therapy with biostimulators resulted in a more rapid and robust improvement in hair density and shaft thickness compared to conventional monotherapy. Furthermore, patients exhibited significant enhancements in overall scalp microenvironment. The adjunctive use of these boosters yielded higher patient satisfaction and adherence, with no significant adverse events reported. Заключение: Optimizing the scalp microenvironment is a crucial factor in successful hair loss management. The strategic incorporation of the latest skin boosters and biostimulators serves as a highly effective adjunctive approach, significantly boosting the clinical response rates of traditional AGA therapies.
