An Introduction to 3D imaging Over the last years, 3D photography has become indispensable for face and body visualization, geometry and surgery planning. LifeViz® Mini used in study on Hyaluronic Acid threads for skin improvement Prime Journal recently published a study conducted by Alberto Diaspro, MD, MSc; Albina Kadjaya, MD; and George Sulamanidze, MD, PhD which presented the impact of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) threads on skin wrinkles and skin texture. This study was carried out with the assumption that results from cosmetic procedures are subjective. However, by following a method using standardized 3D images obtained with our 3D LifeViz® Mini, results concluded that it is now possible to achieve a combined skin rejuvenation effect as well as tissue suspension with HA threads.
