Click on "Don't have your registration invoice number?" and select the name of your company. Please ensure your company registered you to the congress before.

• A non exhibiting company is inviting you (eg:travel agency): request the travel agency for the invoice number or the group registration list ID in which you are registered and fill it in the invoice number field.

In the space provided for the invoice number, please indicate "speaker"

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, you must email us the official written response issued by your embassy or consulate. The refund will be processed upon receipt of this document, or after the event if the request is submitted less than 30 days before the start of the conference.
