Our events are distinguished for holding the highest quality standards, whether it’d be for physicians or company representatives.

The achievement and maintenance of these standards is reviewed and improved year by year thanks to our evaluation process, which allows our events to elevate the scientific and ethical principles of each edition.

PHYSICIAN Accreditation

Scientific events are commonly accredited at several levels depending on location and local regulations. Our events have been consistently accredited over the past years in Europe, USA, France, China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, among others.

Physicians can benefit from Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, necessary for every practitioner to confirm quality and stay updated within their practice in the fast developing field of medicine. The number of CME credits that each event offers its participants varies according to the duration of the event and the accrediting organism.

INDUSTRY Compliance

Our events make sure to reinforce the good practices between the industry's relationship with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by complying at different levels of ethical criteria. Impartial institutions opt on the compliance of these criteria by evaluating the conference format, location and content brought to all participants.

Procedure to obtain the Certificate of Attendance and claim CME credits:

At the end of the event, you will be asked to fill in an evaluation form:

Online and within the month following the event

A Certificate of Attendance will then be sent to the participant along with a full explanation on « how to claim CME credits ».

EUROPE

An application has been made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event. The EACCME® (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), additional information can be found on the UEMS website.

The European CME credits are available for all medical specialists (this is subjected to particular conventions between your country and the EACCME® ). To access the updated list of agreements between national medical institutions and the UEMS, please proceed here for european collaborations and here for international collaborations.

Procedure for obtaining European CME credits:

Contact your national authorities in your home European country in order to validate the European CME credits and to convert them to your national CME credits.
Send your Certificate of Attendance to your national authorities for credit recognition.

FRANCE

Nous sommes enregistrées en tant qu'organisme formateur auprès de l'Agence Nationale du Développement Professionnel Continu - ANDPC. Pour plus d'information, cliquez sur agencedpc.fr.

Chaque médecin exerçant sa profession en France à l'obligation d'assister à un programme de DPC par an dispensé par un organisme enregistré par l'ANDPC.

Sous certaines conditions, les participants de l'IMCAS, chirurgiens plasticiens et dermatologues, peuvent aussi bénéficier d'une prise en charge des frais d'inscription par l'ANDPC d'environ 540€. Pour plus d'information sur les prises en charge, regardez les Forfaits de DPC.

À partir de maintenant, vous pouvez assister aux conférences IMCAS uniquement pour suivre les actions DPC. Si vous souhaitez vous inscrire uniquement aux sessions DPC, veuillez nous contacter sur : accreditation@imcas.com.

Procédure pour valider votre activité de DPC (chaque étape est obligatoire) :

Avant le congrès:

Créez votre compte sur mondpc.fr. Si vous voulez bénéficier d’une prise en charge, n’oubliez pas de fournir vos coordonnées bancaires.

Une fois connecté, recherchez et inscrivez-vous sur l’action correspondante au congrès de l'IMCAS. (voir plus bas le numéro de l'action detaillée)

Commencez votre formation en lisant des articles scientifiques dédiés mis à votre disposition, pour la chirurgie cliquez ici.. pour la dermatologie cliquez ici.

Pendant le congrès:

Participez à l'intégralité des ateliers du programme DPC choisit. (voir sur le programme en ligne les sessions concernées en filtrant par 'accreditation DPC')

Signez les feuilles d’émargement mises à disposition sur le bureau dédié aux DPC.

Après le congrès

Remplissez le questionnaire d’évaluation, il vous sera transmise par e-mail après le congrès.

Une fois validé, vous recevrez un email pour confirmer la validation de votre action DPC, la demande de remboursement et l'envoi de votre dossier par nos soins à l’ANDPC. Votre dossier sera ensuite traité par l’ANDPC sous quelques mois.

L’ANDPC dispose d'une enveloppe budgétaire pour les prises en charge et peut suspendre les remboursements si le budget est consommé.

Pour les médecins exerçant leur activité hors France, veuillez contacter l'organisme de formation médicale de votre pays pour connaître les modalités d'acceptation/équivalence pour les formations à l'étranger. A la fin du congrès, vous recevrez une attestation de présence qui vous permettra de faire les demarches administratives à cet effet.

En parallèle, vous pouvez toujours bénéficier d'une prise en charge de vos frais d'inscription d'environ 400€ grâce au financement du Fonds d'Assurance Formation de la Profession Médicale (FAF-PM). Pour plus d'information, cliquez ici.

IMCAS is registered as a medical education provider with the National Agency of Continuing Professional Development (AnDPC). For further information, please log in to andpc.fr.

Every physician practicing in France has the legal obligation to attend at least one full DPC Program hosted by an accredited DPC Organisation registered through the OGDPC.

For foreign physicians practising our of France, please contact your local CME/CPD accreditation office to check the conditions for acceptance/equivalence for foreing medical education activities. After the congress, your certificate of attendance will allow you to process the corresponding administrative procedures.

USA

Through conversion via UEMS - EACCME

EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA).  The AMA PRA Category 1 Credits are available for all the specialists.

• Download the “Application for EACCME credit conversion” here.
• Once completed, submit your application by fax or mail at mutualrecognition@uems.eu , along with your EACCME credit certificate and proof of payment of their processing fee. A certificate awarding AMA PRA Category 1 Credits will be e-mailed within 3 weeks.
