With over 20 years of experience in the cosmetic surgery and med spa industry, I have built a diverse and impactful career that spans consulting, software development, and coaching. My expertise has been honed through work with practices across the United States, Canada, and Australia.

My journey began as a marketing assistant, quickly advancing to consulting roles at Johnson & Johnson, Mentor Worldwide. During my decade-plus tenure there, I developed and implemented specialized sales strategies that consistently drove over 20% growth in practice profitability and efficiency.

I have also played a pivotal role in the development and launch of four niche software applications for cosmetic surgery, including an innovative patient satisfaction and ratings platform. My work at Real Patient Ratings involved patenting and launching the first SAAS-based application focused on patient satisfaction surveys, ratings, and reviews. This groundbreaking tool allowed me to consult with practices on using patient satisfaction data to enhance conversions, retention, and referrals.

As Executive VP of Training and Implementation at Crystal Clear Digital Marketing, I led initiatives to improve software adoption in medical practices. I developed comprehensive patient education materials, phone and consult scripts, marketing calendars for attracting patients, staff coaching tools to empower growth.

 

Currently, I manage the patient experience for a team of 18 at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Medspa, an elite Top 1% plastic surgery practice on the West Coast. My focus is on creating exceptional patient experiences, launching a call center to manage incoming leads, and utilizing software to acquire, convert and retain patients throughtout the patient journey. I recently launched a weight loss program that is in the top 1% for our platform.  My leadership has been instrumental in building long-term patient loyalty and driving practice growth.

Throughout my career, I have been honored to speak at various industry events, sharing my insights on consultations, customer service, and building better patient relationships.
