- After general surgery residency at Haiti’s State University Hospital and plastic surgery residency at the Ivo Pitanguy Institute in Rio de Janeiro, Alexandra Condé-Green pursued plastic surgery research in the United States of America, at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Burn reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins University and retrained as a Plastic Surgeon at Rutgers University in New Jersey for 6 years in order to work in the United States.

- Dr Condé-Green has spoken and given courses at more than 80 international plastic surgery meetings and teaching hospitals. She has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles, 9 book chapters, is a reviewer for three major plastic surgery journals and is currently editing a book on Safety of gluteal fat augmentation.

- She has received many awards for her work on fat grafting and adipose-derived stem cells, the recent ones being the certificate of excellence and the Sherrell J. Aston award from the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) in 2012, the body contouring research foundation award from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) in 2014 and the Best cosmetic paper award of the year in the #1 journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (the official journal of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons) in 2017.

- She currently works in private practice in Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Florida.
