Dr Anna Marie Olsen, MD, PhD, is an internationally recognised physician-scientist and academic leader specialising in regenerative medicine, skin senescence and longevity science. She is an honorary lecturer at University College London (UCL) and Principal Investigator of the Skin Senescence Research Programme, where she leads translational research into the cellular and molecular mechanisms of skin ageing and develops novel clinical interventions and protocols.
At UCL, she co-leads the MSc in Anti-Ageing and Longevity Medicine and the MSc in Minimally Invasive Aesthetics, and serves as Lead Supervisor for the research modules of the Division of Surgery and Interventional Science. She co-authored the UCL syllabus book A Practical Guide to Non-Surgical Aesthetics Fundamentals, which includes chapters on biostimulators, longevity and regenerative medicine, skinspan and skinomics, and future medical innovations. She has also co-authored Aesthetic Facial Anatomy Essentials for Injections, The Health Revolution, and Principles of Skin and Regenerative Medicine in Aesthetic Medical Practice.
Dr Olsen bridges academic research, clinical practice and industry strategy. She is a Global Scientific Board Member at Colgate-Palmolive, a Member of the Global Scientific Advisory Board at Filorga, Head of Research and Development at SMCK, and an Advisory Board Member at Senesage. She consults and advises multinationals on product development, clinical validation, innovation strategy and medical positioning across aesthetics, longevity and regenerative medicine.
She practises regenerative, aesthetic, and precision medicine primarily in London, with an international practice spanning Athens, Gstaad, and Milan. She is regularly cited in leading media for her expertise in translational geroscience and aesthetic medicine.
