Dr Gabriela Mercik has been a Medical Doctor since 1998, graduating from the Medical University in Poland. She began her career in cardiology before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2008 to continue her clinical practice within the NHS.

A pioneer in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, Dr Gabriela founded clinics in Belfast, London, Poland, and Bahrain. She became the first Polish doctor to establish a clinic at the prestigious 56 Harley Street, London.

With over 16 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, she has trained more than 300 medical clinics worldwide. She is internationally recognised for her expertise in PDO thread lifting, advanced laser technologies, nanopeptides, regenerative medicine, and the development of the Laser 6D protocols. She is also the founder of the Single Skin medical skincare range and the HydraCollGen longevity supplements.

Believing that health and appearance begin from within, Dr Gabriela created the 21-Day Longevity Challenge and the 7 Steps to Longevity, helping people improve their healthspan through sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle habits.

An international speaker, educator, mentor, and innovator, she has received numerous international awards recognising excellence in innovation, patient safety, and clinical practice. She is also actively involved in charitable and humanitarian initiatives supporting health education, women’s wellbeing, and community projects.

The international press has referred to her as the “Light of Aesthetics,” “Golden Girl of Aesthetics,” “The Secret of London,” and the “Best Innovator and Injector.”

As a breast cancer survivor, Dr Gabriela combines professional expertise with personal resilience. After nearly 30 years in medicine, her mission is to inspire people to invest in prevention before illness becomes their wake-up call. Through medicine, education, longevity science, and innovation, she is dedicated to helping people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
