Dr. Nala Shin, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of clinical and academic experience. She currently serves as the Medical Director of Soonsoo Dermatology & Anti-Aging Center and as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Ewha Womans University College of Medicine, where she also completed her residency training.

Dr. Shin is the Founder and Chief of the Institute for Functional Medicine of Korean Dermatologists and is a pioneer in integrating dermatology with functional medicine. Her clinical focus includes well-aging, regenerative aesthetics, and nutritional dermatology. In January 2026, she published her first book in these fields.

An internationally sought-after speaker, Dr. Shin has delivered over 100 lectures worldwide and received the Best Session Award in 2018. She serves as a Jury Member for the AMWC Awards 2026 and as a scientific advisor and key opinion leader (KOL) for leading global medical technology and cosmeceutical companies
