Throughout his career, he has contributed to the transformation of more than 3,000 medical clinics and careers in Brazil and Spain, impacting over 4,200 physicians through management and strategic development programs.
He is also the Founder of Global Effects, an educational and scientific ecosystem connecting physicians, medical education, innovation, industry, and emerging healthcare trends. Its educational initiatives have reached more than 12,000 physicians.
Leandro is the creator of the Patient Experience Map, a methodology designed to integrate patient journey, experience, management, marketing, and business performance, already implemented in more than 100 medical clinics.
