Leslie FLETCHER

Leslie Fletcher, MSN, NP-BC injector and educator since 2001 is one of only 7 complication consultants and is the most utilized faculty speaker contracted for Allergan. She owns a training company InjectAbility® Institute where for the past 5 years, she has trained more people in the US than any other educator in the field. She holds the only patent for a dermal filler technique, ArqueDerma®. Leslie has also developed trademarked uses for Botulinum Toxin type A such as MicroTox® , NasalTox® and TheraTox™.

Leslie has numerous publications in journals where she is an editor such as Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and Plastic Surgery Nursing. 

She owns InjectAbility® Clinic, named 2019, 2020 Best Medispa globally as well as Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in 2019 and 2021.
