Objectives: To study the efficacy of RF devices for Intimate rejuvenation.I use non invasive monopolar RF device for vaginal rejuvenation. Introduction: Intimate Rejuvenation or Vaginal rejuvenation consists of surgical and nonsurgical treatments that firm,tighten and rejuvenate the skin around the vagina or tighten the vaginal canal.It helps improve issues such as sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence and vaginal dryness.It also helps in relieving pain during sex,treats urinary incontinence or improves the skin quality of the vagina.Mostly women inquire about these treatments after childbirth and during pre and post menopause. At my clinics we use Monopolar RF for non invasive vaginal rejuvenation for treating vaginal relaxation Materials / method: We treated 16 cases with Monopolar RF for Intimate rejuvenation.Average Age group was 35yrs and Average 6 sessions were done at once a week protocol. Evaluation was done by Patient Satisfaction Scale (level 1-5). Patient Satisfaction Scale was filled by the subjects after 3 months of their last treatment. Results: 65% percent of Women experienced better sex life. Because vaginal rejuvenation tightens the vaginal canal, friction is increased during intercourse and causes greater stimulation and pleasure during sex. It is not only the vaginal structure that improves sexual satisfaction, but the improvement in the aesthetic appearance enhances their self confidence resulting in increased libido Conclusion: Monopolar RF is a promising non invasive modality for intimate rejuvenation.
