Objectives: 1. Establish the indication for non-surgical eye rejuvenation treatment. 2. Define when PDO threads are indicated for eye rejuvenation. 3. Establish the personalized treatment strategy when the indication is appropriate. 4. Determine the appropriate anatomical areas for the most effective and safe procedure. 5. Ultrasound mapping regarding the area to be treated to optimize results. 6. Establish treatment protocols and PDO thread models to use 7. Report side effects Introduction: The look is a reference on the face, during the 2020 pandemia times in which the use of a mask was mandatory, Aesthetic Medicine clinics received more demand for eye treatment. Overtime eyebrow tail goes down and the cheekbones lose definition, the appearance ages and the feeling is sadness. There are surgical options when there is excess skin, blepharoplasty. Non-surgical options use materials such as hyaluronic acid, biorevitalizers, lasers..., and threads have already been used for decades, primarily non-resorbable such as polypropylene, changing the trend to resorbables, In our case PDO. Materials / method: 2 PDO spiculated : 3D bidirectional, 21Gx70 mm, thread 140 mm per side. 1 PDO Multifilament threads, 14 monofilament, 23G x60, thread 90 mm per side Procedure: mark a point under the eyebrow, punch needle 21G, introduce the spiculated threads up to the scalp, vertical and external oblique. Mark point in temporal fossa/obritarian branch, punch needle 21G, introduce multifilament threads following the inferior orbital branch Results: The results are immediate, observing an opening of the gaze, in the first 24 hours the eyebrow presents a super-elevated effect that adjusts naturally. The cheekbone presents definition, and the structures of the cheek are indirectly improved. In the monthly review we observed an optimization of the results, minimal side effects, edema, erythema and in a small number of cases hematoma that resolved spontaneously. Conclusion: Eye rejuvenation with PDO threads is a minimally invasive treatment in which immediate results are observed. Only three threads on each side, small changes, big results. The cannula with fourteen monofilament threads is capable to produce visible neocollagenesis that produces a natural definition of the cheekbone. It is very important to achieve scalp with spiculated threads, otherwise the results will last less. It could be combined with other treatments, such as botulinum toxin that would be applied 15 days before. We observed a general rejuvenation of the appearance of the face.
