Objectives: - Learn analysis of the aging neck - Choose appropriate minimally invasive options - Using combined techniques for best results Introduction: As the world population ages a larger portion of the population is concerned with facial aging. Sagging in the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the neck is one of the earliest and most visible signs of aging. There is increasing demand for less invasive options for facial rejuvenation. Presented is a technique for neck rejuvenation using minimal incisions with more rapid recovery compared to surgical options. Materials / method: A technique for minimally invasive neck lifts is presented. All aspects of the technique are discussed including patient selection, anesthetic technique, surgical technique and after care. Results: Results of many representative cases are presented. Before and after photos as well as 3-D reconstructions are shown. Conclusion: A safe and effective technique for minimally invasive rejuvenation of the neck is presented. In properly selected patients a powerful rejuvenation can be achieved with minimal incisions and rapid recovery.
