Numerous treatments, with variable results, have been proposed to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.

Results: Patients demonstrated faster hair growth, fuller hair, an increase in hair thickness and a reduction in hair shedding. The treatments were well tolerated by all patients. No adverse events were observed.
Conclusion: Microneedle radiofrequency is effective and safe for hair growth stimulation in AGA. Further research is needed to optimize the treatment protocol and evaluate possible combination therapies.
