Objectives: Performing combination multi modalities in a single treatment can offers better results in acne scars improvement. Introduction: Acne scarring is a severe cosmetic concern for adolescents as well for adults. Acne scarring does vary with the severity and delay of treatments. It’s usually avoidable when acne is managed early and effectively, and a potential benefit is to encourage those at risk to self-identify and to seek intervention of their acne.Acne scars are polymorphous and require a multi-dimensional treatments approach. Materials / method: Material and Methods: Many methods have been performed to achieve a satisfying outcome but some of them are very high cost and associate with low results and complications or in other hands we can do more aggressive treatments but with high risk for complications.In our everyday practice, laser treatments, as fractional with other therapies as: PRP, stem cell, subcutaneous incision, chemical peeling, to improve scars can be safe and effective treatment to avoid complications. Results: Combination therapies are used to facilitate the development of clinical treatments. We should take in consideration factors that influence for a better result as: genetic, scar type, location, skin phototype. Conclusion: Early intervention, adherence with treatments; and combination modalities, are needed for the best outcomes.
