Objectives: Presenting my own experience- as a fully authorised licenced provider for Neurotoxin intracavernous injection (BOCOX) in UK- in cases of Erectile Dysfunctions. -started cohort prospective cases over 3 months (10 cases so far) from March 2023 Introduction: Neurotoxin intracavernous injection was studied in a famous Egyptian Randomised Controlled Study and showed that Neurotoxin injection was useful in intractable casees of ED. As an authorised provider of Neurotoxin (BOCOX) intracavernous injection in UK, i found it dutiful to start my own case series to document my own success rate and any recorded side effects. Ten cases were done so far over 3 months (and ongoing) Materials / method: A prospective cohort study had been started from March 2023. So far ten cases were selected for BOCOX injection according to the criteria set in the Egyptian RCT. Inclusion criteria: as in RCT, mainly in refractory cases of ED Exclusion criteria: not for less than 25 year old, not in acute infections (systemic or local) and the usual contraindication for Neurotoxin. Results: own series of cases' success rate and any side effects of BOCOX injection- will be presented. Conclusion: -it is imperative for every provider of BOCOX injection to start her/his own practice case series to document her/his own success rate, safety, and side effects after immediate injection and every 3 months.
