Objectives: Temple area is one of the most challenging area to treat with dermal fillers. it has been always a debate between professional aesthetic practitioners whether Dermal fillers are better injected on the Periosteum or into the Interfascial space or Subcutaneous plane. With the guide of high frequency/high resolution Ultrasound all practitioners will be able to master their anatomical knowledge, Injectable techniques and secure their safe approaches. As all Medical specialities, the future of aesthetic medicine require the most advanced technologies to help aiming those goals. Conclusion: The aim of this lecture to introduce the safest methods, tools and techniques for the treatment of Temple area with dermal fillers. And also how to achieve the patient's desire with the help of ultrasound facial assessment, facial mapping and securing the techniques.
