Objectives: PRP is obtained by centrifuging a patient's blood to concentrate platelets, growth factors, and other bioactive substances. When injected into targeted areas, such as the face, it stimulates collagen production and tissue repair. This natural approach offers several advantages over traditional synthetic fillers, including reduced risk of allergic reactions and foreign body responses. Introduction: The use of blood plasma as an injectable filler has gained significant attention in the field of regenerative medicine and aesthetic dermatology. This innovative approach harnesses the power of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), a component of blood, to rejuvenate and revitalize various tissues. Results: Clinical studies have shown promising results, with patients experiencing improved skin texture, reduced wrinkles, and enhanced volume. Additionally, PRP-based fillers can be combined with other treatments to optimize outcomes.
