Introduction: Regenerative medicine holds a prominent position in the current landscape of the aesthetic industry. Presently, patients visiting our clinics express a strong desire for outcomes that appear natural, with a recurring sentiment of wanting to regain a youthful natural appearance.
The inquiry arises: Can polynucleotide, growth factors, exosomes, and biosomes be regarded as pivotal elements in achieving rejuvenated skin? understanding the mechanism of action and the molecular biology underlying these components becomes imperative.
Materials / method: A literature review was conducted to evaluate the knowledge exist today about growth factors, exosomes, and biosomes. This knowledge was combined with clinical studies and practical experience from my clinics.
Results: Polynucleotides play a crucial role in creating an optimal microenvironment for cell organelles, leading to their potentiation, while growth factors excel in stimulating specific cellular functions. Exosomes, offering a more potent stimulation, present a challenge in isolating specific subsets of growth factors due to their heterogeneity, making it unpredictable to anticipate outcomes.
Looking towards the future, biosomes emerge as a promising evolution of exosomes, providing the flexibility to deliver a chosen subset of growth factors in a completely synthetic manner.
Conclusion: • Employ a diverse range of products for skin regeneration, exercising judiciousness by comprehending the purpose behind each application or injection. Ensure a meticulous match between the chosen product and the specific indication for optimal results.
• The future of regenerative aesthetic medicine might lie in biosomes, offering a combination of a targeted subset of growth factors and robust natural stimulation. This innovation enables the simultaneous delivery of both precise and powerful regenerative stimuli.
