Can charisma be learned? What makes patients return to the doctor's office?
Objectives: The presentation argues that a doctor’s charisma can foster trust, improve patient adherence to treatment plans, and ultimately increase the likelihood of patients returning for follow-up visits.
Introduction: This presentation explores the concept of charisma and its influence in the medical profession, specifically examining its role in patient retention. Charisma is defined as a personal quality that can significantly enhance communication and cooperation between a doctor and their patients. In this presentation I'll show 4 ways of enhancing doctor's charisma.
Materials / method: I'll use some scientific studies that has show how non verbal communication may improve peoples' charisma
Results: The findings suggest that charisma may not be purely innate and could potentially be developed, offering new insights into improving doctor-patient relationships and healthcare outcomes.
