Objectives: 1. Discuss diagnosis of chin deformities 2. Discuss treatment planing after appropriate dento-facial analysis 3. Demonstrate surgical steps in osseous genioplasty Introduction: Management of aesthetic chin disorders presents a broad range of options from surgery to fillers. Optimal management requires a knowledge of dento-facial aesthetics. Osseous genioplasty is one of the most powerful procedures available in aesthetic treatment of the deficient chin, yet is fading from clinical use. Materials / method: This procedure will be demonstrated in a step by step video. Results: Results will be shown in 2 operative patients Conclusion: Osseous genioplasty is a simple, but powerful procedure and should be a part of the surgical armentarium for chin deformities.
