Objectives: -Review on the current the FDA approved options for treatment of female Sexual Dysfunctions. -Review on the possible mechanism of Neurotoxin injection in improving the whole sexual cycle elements (in the light of the RCT of Use of Neurotoxin in Male Erectile Dysfunction cases) -Technique & dose -Case presentations Introduction: Reduced libido & hypo-orgasmic disorders (HSD) are under reported & under treated problem in women of all age group The available FDA approved options are not entirely satisfactory to address the various elements or sequence of the female sexual as such Hence the need to look for a new modality that could be comprehensive and effective The idea of the use of Neurotoxin to improve the blood flow in the feminine area is based on the same idea of Neurotoxin injection for treatment of Male Erectile Dysfunction that was proved effective in the RCT. Materials / method: -Review on the current the FDA approved options for treatment of female Sexual Dysfunctions. -Review on the possible mechanism of Neurotoxin injection in improving the whole sexual cycle elements (in the light of the RCT of Use of Neurotoxin in Male Erectile Dysfunction cases) -Technique & dose Results: -Case presentations with case selection for evaluating the procedure over 6 months period Conclusion: Neurotoxin injection could be a good option to enhance the female sexual cycle
