Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the short, medium and long-term outcome of patients treated with facial fat transfer for the treatment of replacement of facial volumes, wrinkles and skin quality Introduction: Facial fat transfer, in addition to all the benefits that we have seen that hyaluronic acid provides, offers other aesthetic and regenerative benefits, which patients increasingly value such as: 1. Natural Results: By using the patient's own fat, the results are very natural and harmonious with the rest of the face. 1. Minimal Risk of Rejection: Since the patient's own fat is used, the risk of rejection or allergic reaction is practically zero. 2. Skin Regeneration: Fat contains stem cells that help improve the quality and texture of the skin, promoting its regeneration. 3. No rejection: all patients who underwent treatment had an integration of fat tissue, without relevant side effects, except for inflammation and small bruises in the area of infiltration and extraction, which resolved in a few days.
