Objectives: One of the most challenging areas to restore in Aesthetic Medicine are the jawline & neck . The treatments should be combined to obtain the best results. I combine an energy based device : an invasive thermo-regulated radiofrequency with injectables. i start my procedure with endodermic radiofrequency, once i obtain the desired skin tightening & jawline lifiting, i inject hyaluronic acid filler to improve the jawline definition enhancing the mandibolar angle & chin projection. Introduction: I treat the neck before with invasive radiofrequency then i inject with cannula or needle a skin booster based on non cross-linked hyaluronic acid & peptides. For some patients who have a strong platysma muscle, I treat them with botulinum toxin using the technique of Nefertiti lift. I believe that combining different techniques and treatments is the best way to obtain the most effective results specially when we combine energy based devices with injectables.
