Objectives: The objective of the study is to demonstrate that performing a phenol peel correctly with the characteristics that it requires will result in very natural, soft and beautiful results. Specific objective: to inform doctors when a peel is considered and that we run risks; or what is a reversal protocol to avoid complications. Introduction: A phenol peel is a deep peel that is sometimes recommended for the treatment of severe wrinkles (from fine lines to deep folds), sun damage, uneven skin tone and texture and can be used in the treatment of precancerous skin conditions. Phenol is particularly helpful in minimizing the vertical lines that often form around the mouth as a result of aging. Deep peels take longer to perform and will leave a healing crust on the skin that should be covered with a protective ointment and limited to sun exposure. There is a burning sensation, but it is somewhat relieved because the solution also acts Materials / method: As methods, different types of population 1; population to perform phenol well called chemical blepharoplasty; 2; elderly patients who underwent it for rejuvenation purposes; 3; Patients with acne sequelae I made the formulations with different percentages; but always using phenol, novisol and crutton oil Results: The results seemed magnificent. The results of the application of phenol in the orbit for rejuvenation were very good; excellent results and we also noticed the lightening of the patients; likewise, reducing all the photodamage from the sun; lentigines, and elemental lesions. Conclusion: Conclusions: Today, phenol peeling is still very controversial due to the hemodynamic and cardiological manifestations that the patient may present; therefore, I suggest a surgical evaluation to be able to perform it with an anesthesiologist and obtain optimal results The reality is that our results were very good and I will be explaining my detailed way of applying it
