Objectives: The obiective of the studies and presentation is to find out which is suitable for each alopecia stage , the fastest method, more efficient & more longitude follicle lifespan. To choose the best method for each stage to look more natural and more hair follicle to be restored.

Each stage is under a mono and a mix therapies
Starting with “ minoxidil, exozomes, svf , hair dust cells& natural hair implant “ in more advanced casses when hair fue implant is excluded because of the donor area or scars we combine it with svf of biocompatible fibres.
The groups are watched under studies for 4 years.
Following the evolution, the success rate the outcoming results, and the longitivity of the results .
Results: - in fibrotic scars svf & exozomes created new microcirculation. After hair dust cells, new hair follcilles are noted and the installed of implanted hair is lore successful .
- grade 1,2,3 of hamilton mostly be restored with minim fue implant, more svf & exozomes sessions .
- svf & hair dust can prevent for a while progressing of alopecia in first grades especially front lines.
- combining svf and micro hair dust with fue requires a smaller donor area to be implanted to achieve a suitable result.Less follicles than fue as a mono therapy.

In hamilton 3 it can boost the regeneration by using fue natural implant but the results are observed more density seen in the treated area.
