Objectives: The autologus fat grafting for breast augmentation and breast reconstruction is performed with the combination of the Workstation Pro Plus ,and the Puregraft . The presentation will show the clinical and the radiological results ,and the cellular study is performed on each patient on a sample of harvested and filtrated fat Introduction: This combination allows a safe, quick and easy lipofiling , with esthetic reshaping of the breast. Materials / method: 6 procedures: for breast augmentation for bilateral hypotrophy to enhance the volume combined with mastopexy after implant removal Results: Safe process , the fat graft is always in a close system during all the procedure Good clinical results , no complications Good radiological results with very few imaging changes Cellular study shows very good rate of fresh SVF and ASC Conclusion: The results are very promising with good clinical ,radiological and cellular results. This combination seems to be the best , to perform an autologus breast fat grafting.
