Objectives: The author presents an innovative technique of simple and outpatient regeneration with a completely home-based device provided by the author himself. Introduction: Regenerative Medicine is based on the clinical use of biological products PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), containing the following Growth Factors: TGF- ß, VEGF, IGF, I&II, ECGF, PDGF-A&B, FGF, EGF, capable of promoting and accelerating the Bio-Regenerative processes of the tissues with which they come into contact, with the aim of inducing processes of Bio-Regeneration and Bio-Tissue Stimulation and acceleration of healing processes. When tissues are damaged, in fact, stem cells are able to promote the repair of tissues of various nature such as skin, tendons, bones, muscles. Materials / method: • Aesthetic Medicine: an innovative solution in the treatment of different pathologies, it visibly improves the density and brightness of the skin. It can also reduce dark circles, through the use of platelet-rich plasma that induces skin regeneration and an increase in the brightness of the eye contour. • Anti-Aging Medicine: improvement of skin quality, reduction of deep wrinkles by restoring the harmony and balance of facial volumes. • Trichology: stimulation of the cells of the hair bulb and the surrounding microcirculation to restore the shine, color and vitality of the hair. Results: It is a regenerative treatment and at the same time a temporary Filler-Volumizing treatment. In my experience, the protocol requires a session every 3 months. Conclusion: In Conclusion – Last but not least, we propose the “Bio-Filler Technique”, a completely natural filler derived from Plasma itself, through thermal selection. The author presents his new experience of using this Autologous filler.
