Objectives: The famous Cole Porter song "You Do Something To Me" suggests that "do do that voodoo that you do so well, for you do something to me, that nobody else could do": So can we achieve a best outcome that can perhaps defy personal or peer comparison? Introduction: Using limited the resources of non-invasive injectables practitioners can achieve an exceptional aesthetic treatment outcome. Materials / method: The presentation explores the creation of a beautiful outcome utilising fillers and botulinum toxin alone in bespoke design for female in her mid 60's, during a single session. Results: The audience can reflect on the meritis outcome of this case presentation Conclusion: Practitioners confined to a single session of non-invasive injectable procedure must respect both: the opportunity to maximising a patient's individual potential and the time honoured dictum that "less is more".
