Objectives: To present a multimodal, personalized treatment approach for periorbital rejuvenation using a combination of injectables, energy-based devices, and thread lifting, aiming for natural, long-lasting results that reflect global best practices. Introduction: The periorbital area is often the first region to show visible signs of aging, including dynamic wrinkles, volume loss, dermal thinning, and pigmentation. Given its anatomical complexity and aesthetic sensitivity, a single-modality approach frequently yields suboptimal results. A customized, layered strategy is essential for achieving natural rejuvenation and restoring youthful eye contours. Materials / method: This approach integrates the following techniques: Neuromodulators to reduce dynamic rhytids Soft-tissue fillers or biostimulators (e.g., HA, CaHA, or polynucleotides) for volume restoration and collagen stimulation Energy-based devices (e.g., monopolar RF, fractional laser, or ultrasound) to improve skin laxity and texture PDO threads for structural support and soft tissue repositioning Each treatment is tailored based on patient-specific factors such as skin type, anatomical variation, and aging severity.
