Objectives: The main indications and complications over a Facial Lifiting with reduced scar versus a Deep Plane Facial surgery Introduction: The author discusses his experience over the past 25 years , comparing the results , main indications and complications on the Facial Lifiting surgery .The Keypoints on the Facial Plastic surgery with a reduced scar and The Deep Plane Facial Surgery Materials / method: Over 50 patients have been selected to this study Most of them were women - 40, and the age of patients ranges from 35-75. Most of them were submitted to a facial lifiting with a reduced scar, 35., and all of them have had EBD treatments , as Laser CO2, Endolifiting, Tixel , also drug delivery treatments with biopetides , PDRN and Exossomes . In the other hand the rest of the cases ( 15) , were submitted to a classical Deep Plane Face Lifiting Results: From the 50 patients , 3 have had complications , one hematoma on one side of the face, and 2 patients with necrosis near the scar , all of them were treated with no side effects .After 6 months all the patients were evaluated in a simple Q & A , and pictures were taken. The grade of satisfaction varies in a range to 1- Not satisfied at all , 5- Very satisfied . Most of them voted between 4-5. Conclusion: Both techniques have their issues, and depends on the patient indications. Although the Deep Plane Face LIFITING is trend nowadays the technique is a learning curve and it’s not for all patients
