Objectives: The author with more than 25 years in plastic surgery , shows his modified technique in breast augmentation . In over 200 cases . Introduction: The dual plane technique in breast augmentation is world wide known , first published by John Tebbets. The author suggests a slightly modification in order to have a better adaption of the prosthesis Materials / method: Most part of the patients indications are due to the lack of mammary tissue and also fat tissue. In order to avoid further complications such as rippling and mislocation, the modified dual plane technique is indicated Results: Over 10 years of experience with more than 200 patients submitted to this technique we may say that with have some 90% of satisfaction overall . Complications as hematoma corresponds to 5%, misplacing 2% Actually we have 1 case of infection after one trauma Conclusion: This TECHINIQUE should be considered as a real option in skinny patients with no fat tissue or mammary as protection
