Objectives: understanding the importance of treating tissues in different planes with different biological products and highlighting the importane of tissue percutaneous release Introduction: Genital pathologies that cause fibrosis require multiplanar regenerative treatments that take into account the inflammatory state and the degree of fibrosis. Biological products can have very different characteristics, as can implantation techniques. Materials / method: The author will show his personal injection technique based on multilayer percutaneous release in fibrotic genital tissues Results: showing long term results Conclusion: multiplanar policluster lipofliing is an advanced technique permitting to achieve long term stable results in treatment of genital fibrosis
