Difficult clinical cases in hidradenitis suppurativa
Objectives: The aim of this lecture is to present and analyze challenging clinical cases of hidradenitis suppurativa with atypical or misleading presentations that may be confused with key differential diagnoses. Through a stepwise diagnostic approach, the lecture will review critical phases of clinical assessment, highlight common diagnostic pitfalls, and provide practical clinical clues to improve diagnostic accuracy and avoid misdiagnosis in complex cases.
