Objectives: We are exploring the 3.5-4.0 mm long needle RF can deliver the heat into the smas layer. The primary objective is We will set the power high enough to see the clinical results. The secondary objective is to gather the side effects and complications Introduction: We are using the Fractional RF Microneedle for acne scar and facial rejuvenation but not yet for facial laxity. Materials / method: We did the treatment with FRM 3.5-4.0 mm length of the needles for facial laxity with RF level 6-7. We performed 12 cases with monitoring the side effects. Results: We can see the improvement for the facial laxity with minimal side effects of marked swelling and erythema. Conclusion: Long needle RF can be one alternative treatment of facial laxity
