Objectives: To understand the role, benifots and limits pf a capillary refill test in the setup of pending ischemia of the tissue and in the set up of follow up dissolving a hyaluronic acid Introduction: Definition of CRT the main and usual uses in conventional medicine The role in ischemic event-diagnosis and follow up Limits of using the methods Materials / method: Clinical cases in which the CRT is valuable and other which is not useful and even dangerous giving a false negative resault Results: Many cases in which the CRT was completely normal and gave False negative resaults Conclusion: Use this methods with caution and consider its limits I want to show especiall The false negative test in external vascolar occlusion due to venous compression
