Objectives: Participants will learn to identify key anatomical and phenotypic differences in facial structure, soft tissue distribution, fat compartments, and aging patterns across diverse regional and ancestral populations, and to apply individualized, anatomy-driven aesthetic assessment and treatment strategies that move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches while preserving facial identity, harmony, and natural aesthetic outcomes. Introduction: As aesthetic medicine becomes increasingly global, meaningful inclusion requires a clear understanding of the anatomical and phenotypic differences that influence how faces age across regions and populations. This keynote focuses on regional and ancestral variations in skeletal structure, soft tissue distribution, fat compartment behavior, skin thickness, and facial proportions, and how these differences shape aesthetic assessment and treatment planning.
