Objectives: The author compares 3 major techniques at facial lift surgery .The pro and con of the techniques , main indications and approaches Introduction: During the 25 years of practice the author compares 3 major facial lift TECHINIQUES . The assessment of patients , main indications and results are discussed in the presentation Materials / method: About 159 patients have been selected for these presentation , and the indications too. The surgical approach is showed for each technique and the pitfalls too. Results: Over the 159 patients operated , the Mai’s complications have been hematoma in the first day of pós opt, deisence suture , flap necrosis . All the cases have been conducted with no dissatisfied patients Conclusion: The indications of each technique must well known by the plastic surgeon that wishes to have an outcome result . Also how to treat the complications
