Objectives: Treating someone after a rapid weight loss is a challenging situation, that needs a strategy. Something we can predict is that all the patients will need a bioestimulation to increase adherence; but what we never know is the direction the patient will go: sagging, deflation or something else. Another question: Can we prevent the signs of the weight loss? Something we are going to see during the presentation. Introduction: A perda rápida de peso, após a utilização de canetas emagrecedoras, se tornou um fenômeno mundial e sua abordagem e tratamento devem ser individualizados por técnicas e produtos específicos, bem como por uma combinação deles. Materials / method: Selecionados mais de 20 pacientes para uma demonstração de categorias distintas de necessidades e tratamentos Results: Resultados naturais, rejuvenescedores e restauradores de acordo com a necessidade individual. Conclusion: Nos mostrarmos atentos e atualizados com esse fenômeno mundial que seria a perda medicamentosa rápida de peso, categorizando os pacientes com cada tratamento e necessidade.
