Objectives: The author will present step by step combining technologies with body countoring surgeries, including tips and pitfalls for these procedure. Introduction: Combined body countouring surgeries are common due associate deformities. With incorporation of technologies outcomes had have a great improvement reducing downtime. and achieving better results. Selection of association should be consider prior the procedure in order to choose best technology for each case. Materials / method: Patients with BMI bellow 30 were included in the study, as well associate procedure like breast reduction or augmentation (with of without pexy) plus lipoabdominoplasty or other isolated liposuction. Most common tecnology was Argoplasma at the end of surgery, setting according manufacter scale. Results: Better results were obtained with technologies's association. Conclusion: Usage of technologies during combined body contouring procedures seems to be a good choice for improve outcomes
