A multimodal approach to hand rejuvenation: integrating microcoring cold fiber laser, rose-derived exosomes and stabilized hybrid cooperative complex
目标: To evaluate the safety, feasibility, and aesthetic efficacy of a combined hand rejuvenation protocol incorporating micro coring cold fiber laser therapy, rose-derived exosomes, and stabilized hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid.
介绍: Hand aging presents as dermal thinning, reduced elasticity, textural changes, and increased visibility of underlying structures due to intrinsic aging and photodamage. Traditional treatments address only single factors. Emerging modalities—micro coring cold fiber laser, exosomes, and stabilized hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid—offer synergistic tissue restoration. Combining these approaches may achieve more comprehensive hand rejuvenation.
材料 / 方法: A prospective observational study enrolled 15 patients seeking improved hand skin quality. Each underwent two sessions one month apart. Treatments included microcoring cold fiber laser, topical rose-derived exosomes, and injection of stabilized hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid to enhance hydration and dermal quality. Standardized photography, physician evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes were collected at baseline and one month after the second session.
结果: All 15 patients completed the protocol with no serious adverse events. Minor transient erythema, edema, and roughness resolved spontaneously. On the HAIS, 87% showed at least a one-grade improvement and 65% improved by two grades, with a 38% mean increase from baseline. Skin Quality scores improved in firmness (32%), elasticity (28%), and smoothness (30%). Patient satisfaction was high, with 93% reporting improvement and a 4.6/5 rating.
总结: In 15 patients, the multimodal protocol combining micro coring a cold fiber laser, rose-derived exosomes, and stabilized hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid showed a favorable safety profile and measurable improvements in hand skin quality. Gains in elasticity, hydration, luminosity, dermal density, and physician-graded scores support the synergistic effects of this approach. Larger controlled studies are needed to confirm these results.
