Objectives: Scar revision by Hair transplantation and additional regenerative option to be reviewed Introduction: Alopecia scars are a common problem that require hair restoration procedure. The hair transplantation is now the standard treatment to improve the scar and cosmetic appearance. Aprt from surgical correction itself, the regenerative protoco; can lead to the improvement of success rate. Materials / method: We review the case of scar alopecia and see all the success rate from transplantation alone and plus regenerative protocol Results: Even without the regenerative protocol, the hair transplantation onto the scar is very satifying result. However, the additional regenerative process can help accellrate the result in individual selective cases. Conclusion: Hair transplantation is the gold standard for scar alopecia. The regenerative protoco; such as fat/ LASERs, growth factor, PRP are acceptable to help in the better outvome.
