Objectives: To investigate combined treatment strategies using EBDs and injectables for comprehensive perioral rejuvenation and improved aesthetic outcomes. Introduction: Perioral aging involves complex changes including volume loss, wrinkles, and skin laxity, often requiring multimodal approaches beyond single-modality treatments. Materials / method: Clinical cases combining EBDs (RF, HIFU, and etc. ) with fillers and biostimulators were reviewed, focusing on treatment sequencing and synergy. Results: Combination treatments showed enhanced outcomes in wrinkle reduction, volume restoration, and skin tightening, with improved patient satisfaction and natural-looking results.
