Objectives: HIFU in esthehtic medicine HIFU application in gynaecology HIFU combined treatment with fillers Introduction: HIFU in aesthetic medicine hes been known since 2007 when FDA approved Ulthera in noninvasive bleharoplasty . In this presentation I will show the application of HIFU in women with Female sexual disorder (FSD) as well as the the external use of HIFU together with autologous fat injection (AFI) at the same time Materials / method: 32 women with FSD 12 women HIFU & AFI Results: The medium initial FSD assessed by Female sexual function index changed in the end assessment after 6 weeks from 20,6 to 31,4 Conclusion: Results are more than encouraging but to drawn reliable conclusion more research are needed
