Arman Khurshudyan is focused on business consulting and organization of medical and business trainings in cooperation with worldwide leading experts in aesthetic medicine. The aim is to find the sustainable solutions which are fitting to the specific cases of each cosmetic center and are based on the comprehensive results of quantitative and qualitative researches and projection of the future dynamics. In 2014 he founded a cosmetic center with over 100 employees and 7mln $ turnover. 2009-2014 he has served as the head of Q-Med AB representative office in Moscow leading the market development in Russia&CIS, the organization of the distribution in CIS, the establishment of the relationships with the market players and over 3 times growth of the business with the highest growth effectiveness within the company.2006-2009 he has served as the vice-president of Martinex Group (manufacturer and distributor of medical devices and cosmeceuticals with the widest network in Russia, CIS and EE; cosmetic centers; teaching center with over 5000 annual attendees at the courses, publishing of professional magazines) leading the complete reorganization of the company and the commercialization of new brands portfolio. Arman Khurshudyan has PhD in Economics. He published 16 research papers and the manual for Master’s program. He taught for 3 years at Yerevan State University following courses: “Effectiveness of the company”, “Risk management”, “Shadow economy and entrepreneurial behavior”
