Scientis is an emerging Swiss biotech company dedicated to skin pigmentation. We strive at discovering, developing and bringing to patients & consumers novel biotech treatments for skin pigmentation conditions.
Our lead compound, cysteamine is the novel biological depigmenting treatment that is safe and effective addressing the needs of dermatologists & medical aestheticians. Our pipeline includes new depigmenting active agents targeted to the medical aesthetics & beauty markets.
Dr Behrooz Kasraee is dermatologist and thought-leader in pigment cell research. Our research group is the originator of novel skin depigmenting treatments: cysteamine, methimazole, ebselen and pyridines and novel procedures. Beyond pigment cell researches, he leads the Swiss Vitiligo Center and the Cornavin Dermatology Clinics, Switzerland.
