Chang-Keun OH, MD, PhD is a Board Certified Dermatologist. He graduated from Pusan National University College of Medicine and received his master's and doctoral degrees from Pusan National University Graduate School. After this, he performed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at the Department of Dermatology at UCLA, USA.

He did an internship and 4-year dermatology residency at Pusan National University Hospital and a 2-year dermatologic surgery fellowship. He served as an assistant professor, associate professor, and head professor at the Department of Dermatology, Pusan National University College of Medicine.

He is currently the medical director of OZ Dermatology, Busan, South Korea.  His special interests include vascular tumors and malformations, collagen stimulators, and lights and lasers for acne, pigmentation. 

He is active in Korea's leading dermatological association. He is currently an advisor to the Association of Korean Dermatologists (AKD)  and served as its immediate past president. He currently serves as the Chairman of the AKD Academic Committee and the Chairman of the KOREADERMA Academic Committee. He also served as a former vice president of the Korean  Dermatological Association (KDA) and is currently serving as a board general. He also served as a dermatological medical advisor to the former President of the Republic of Korea.
