Doctor Francois Foussadier is a volunteer plastic surgeon within Doctors of the World, and founder of the "Operation Sourire" (Smile Operation), the organization gives back a smile to thousand of children who suffer from malformation caused by diseases, accidents and malnutrition. The Operation Sourire has two main goals, first to provide reconstructive surgery but also to train local surgeons to these procedures to ensure patients are looked after in their country.
