Dr. Gerd Martin Kautz studied as a medical student at both Semmelweis, Budapest and Saarland/Homburg-Saar, Germany. He went on to work for the Dermatological Department of Melanoma and Skin Cancer. Since being fully qualified in the medical profession he has held a number of posts heading various Dermatological Departments including that for Laser Therapy. In addition to his extensive clinical experience, Dr Kautz is now the Clinic Director of the Skin and Laser Clinic Konz. As well as Author and Co-author of numerous books, he is currently the President of the German Dermatological Society for Laser.
